Plastic recycling system and method and process

With the development of industry, all kinds of plastic products have entered thousands of households, and with it, plastic waste is also increasing. All kinds of plastic packaging, plastic containers, plastic toys and stationery, plastic shoes, plastic home appliance shells, vehicle bumpers, plastic pipes, industrial waste, etc., can be seen everywhere, causing great environmental pollution.

There are three main treatment methods for waste plastics in my country: (1) landfill, (2) incineration, and (3) recycling and regranulation.

Recycling waste plastics for re-granulation is a major advancement in waste plastics recycling technology. Using special granulation equipment, waste polyethylene, polypropylene and other plastics can be separated by a reasonable separation method, and then granulated after modification. Compared with the landfill method and the incineration method, the regranulation of waste plastics realizes the real recycling of resources. my country started early in recycling and regranulating waste plastics, making great contributions to saving resources and protecting the environment.

At present, the method of recycling waste plastic usually includes the following steps:

Step 1: Wash and dry the waste plastic;

Step 2: then use the screw extruder in the plastic regeneration granulation unit to melt, plasticize and extrude into strips;

Step 3: Then cool the strip of plastic through cooling equipment;

Step 4: Finally, cut into pellets with a pelletizer.

These particles can be further processed into various plastic products through blow molding, injection molding, calendering and other processes.

Therefore, the current process method is only suitable for pure plastic recycling and granulation, which cannot be used for both blending modified plastics and filling modified recycled plastics, and causes huge waste of heat energy.
